Operator's note
What this site is
Production notes from someone running a solo SaaS with AI agents. The demo videos are everywhere. What's missing is what breaks at 6 months, what survives, what costs you sleep. That's the gap I'm filling here.
Operator identity
- Name: Riversea (riversea@rfidence.com)
- Day job: 8 years solo SaaS. R'FIDENCE (ad analytics SaaS) + AdBrain (advertiser portal SaaS)
- Infra: 12 production Cloudflare Workers + D1 + R2 + Vectorize + KV + Durable Objects
- AI tooling: Claude Code as primary IDE, GStack 47 skills, multiple MCP servers, 6-bot Slack multi-agent in production
- Ad ops: Meta/Google/Naver concurrent ops across 7 brands
Editorial principles
- Every post grounded in real production runs. No demos, no theory, no case studies cited from elsewhere.
- AI (Claude) assists with drafting; the operator reviews and fact-checks before publishing.
- Code blocks and terminal output show only what was actually executed.
- Failure stories, surprises, and cost details lead. Abstractions are avoided.
What we cover
- Production AI agent ops (Claude Code, multi-agent, MCP, hooks, skills)
- Cloudflare Workers + Vectorize + R2 + D1 + LLM integrations
- Automating a solo SaaS with agents — the actual process
- Model/tool comparisons (preferring 5-run experiments to single demos)
- Cost, errors, monitoring, debugging
What we don't
- "7 ways to use AI" general content
- Enterprise case studies (solo SaaS lens stays)
- Promotional posts
- Investment, legal, or tax advice (anywhere on this site)
Sister site
Cloudflare Workers + edge compute tutorials live on dailymanuallab. This site focuses on ops logs and failure stories; that site focuses on tutorials and patterns.
